What is Rostoc?
Rostoc is a desktop application for coffee roasters. When your machine is supported or experimentally compatible, it connects directly to your roasting machine, records roast curves in real time, and gives you a complete picture of every roast you produce.
Whether you run a small sample roaster or a large production facility, Rostoc is designed to fit naturally into your workflow — not add friction to it.
What Rostoc does

- Records roast curves — Every roast is captured as a sensor and event timeline. You can replay, compare, and annotate each Curve after the Batch.
- Manages your green inventory — Track the coffees you have in stock, their origins, and how much you’ve used over time.
- Plans your production — Create roasting plans to target specific outcomes, then compare your actual results against the plan.
