Check USB Cable And Driver
Summary
USB connection failures are often caused by a charge-only cable, a bad USB port, the machine not being ready, or a missing driver. A USB cable can charge a machine and still not carry data.
Steps
- Try a different USB cable that you know can carry data.
- Try a different USB port on the computer.
- Make sure the machine is powered on and past its startup screen.
- Install the manufacturer driver if the operating system does not detect the device.
- Close other roasting software and reconnect in Rostoc.
