Rostoc Web App
Summary
web.rostoc.co provides browser access to Rostoc data for Foundation, Growth, and Scale accounts. Hobby users can sign in but see the browser-access paywall. The web app requires an internet connection. Machine connection, Machine controls, Roast Studio, and recording remain desktop-only.
Steps
- Open https://web.rostoc.co and sign in with the same Rostoc account, using email/password or Google as applicable.
- Foundation and higher plans can review Batches and Plans. Growth and Scale also include Green Inventory and the Inventory Dashboard.
- In the browser, customers can review Batch curves, events, details, and linked Reference Curves; browse Plans; manage inventory where entitled; and manage supported account preferences.
- Creating or fully editing Plans, adding or configuring Machines, connecting or controlling a Machine, and recording in Roast Studio require the desktop app.
- If recent desktop data is missing, confirm both apps use the same account, reconnect the desktop app, wait for cloud sync, then refresh the browser.
- Distinguish a login failure, Hobby paywall, subscription-verification retry, inventory tier restriction, and delayed sync before escalating.
