Keyboard Shortcuts

Summary

Keyboard shortcuts are available in the Rostoc desktop app, not at web.rostoc.co. Press ? or Command/Ctrl + / outside an editable field to see the shortcuts for the current window. Single-letter shortcuts can be disabled in Settings → Preferences without disabling Command/Ctrl shortcuts.

Steps

  1. Confirm the customer is using the desktop app and the intended window is active.
  2. Open shortcut help with ?, Command + / on macOS, or Ctrl + / on Windows and Linux.
  3. Use G then H, P, G, I, B, M, S, A, or R for Home, Plans, Greens, Inventory, Batches, Machines, Settings, Account, or Roast Studio.
  4. In Roast Studio, use C, Y, F, S, and D for available roast events; use B, A, and R to log burner, airflow, and drum-speed changes.
  5. In Roast Studio Next, press G and then the displayed Q–P key to jump to one of the first ten available executable Machine controls.
  6. If a shortcut does not respond, leave editable fields, close dialogs, verify the action is currently available, and check Settings → Preferences → Single-key shortcuts.
