Connected But No Readings
Summary
A successful connection does not always mean temperature data appears immediately. Some machines only send readings once the machine is ready or a roast has started.
Steps
- Confirm whether Rostoc shows the machine as connected or failed.
- Confirm whether the machine is powered on and past startup.
- For Nucleus Link or Kaffelogic, start a short test roast before expecting temperature data.
- Compare Rostoc readings with the machine display or native workflow.
- If readings stay empty, submit a ticket with machine, OS, and screenshot.
