Request support for your roasting machine.

Rostoc catalogues 263 roaster models across 93 brands, of which 198 are supported today (counted 2026-09-24). If yours is not among them, this form is how it gets considered -- requests are the main input into which machines get built next.

What To Send

The brand and model matter less than how the machine exposes its data. Two roasters with the same name on the front can present completely different connections, and the connection is what determines whether support is a small job or a large one.

If you know how yours connects -- a USB port, a network address, a probe interface, a controller -- say so. If you do not, say that instead; it is a normal answer and it does not slow the request down.

  • Brand and model, as printed on the machine.
  • How it connects, if you know: USB, network, probe interface, controller.
  • Any software you currently use to read it.
  • An email address, so there is somewhere to reply.

What Happens Next

Requests are read and used to order the machine work. What they cannot do is produce a date -- support for a given roaster depends on what the machine exposes and whether it can be tested against real hardware.

In the meantime, Rostoc still works without a live connection: roasts can be recorded, and roast plans, green lots, and batch records do not depend on the machine link.
